Ehime Kankitsu Citrus Farmers were established in 2024 with the goal of:
iii) Expanding production for export through collaboration with producers
Our team is made up of 11 dedicated farmers who grow citrus organically, without the use of chemicals.
We strive to revitalize the region and establish a strong foundation for exports.
私たち「愛媛かんきつ輸出促進協議会」は、
2024年に発足しました。
その目的は、
①安心安全な有機かんきつの認知度向上
②有機かんきつ青果・加工品の生産販売と海外輸出
③輸出促進の為の産地づくり
現在、11名の有機農家生産者チームを中心とし、定期的な勉強会とノウハウの共有を行い、高品質な柑橘（かんきつ）で地域の活性化と輸出産地を形成し目的達成を目指して活動しています。

Grass cutting at Ueda Farm (金, 08 8月 2025)Yoshida-cho, Uwajima City, Ehime Prefecture Grass cutting at Ueda Farm, covering an area of 3 hectares, Altitude: 100-330Ｍ, We regularly patrol the 25-35 degree slope of the farmland and cut the undergrowth by hand. Organic citrus fruits, which do not use herbicides or chemical fertilizers, are grown in the forest rather than in fields. Organic citrus fruits, which are safe and delicious even with the peel, are available from around October. 上田農園での草刈り、広さ3ha、標高100～330m傾斜25～35度の圃場斜面を定期的に巡回し手作業で下草刈りを行います。除草剤や化成肥料を使用しない有機かんきつは、畑でなく森で有機かんきつを育てています。皮まで美味しい安心安全は有機かんきつができるのは10月頃からです。

耕作放棄地の開墾や農家から土地を借り受け、オーガニック栽培ができる土壌を作り上げることで、農家の高齢化や後継者不足問題解消の一翼を担う地域のリーダー的存在。有機農法によるケール栽培、青汁製品や果実の粉末などを行っている。近年は、有機栽培による璃の香レモンの栽培に力を入れ、新しい販路開拓を目指しています！
